    Beth Feldman is the current NYWICI President. She is currently the Senior Vice President Communications, The CW Network/SVP Communications, Nexstar Media Group/Networks where she oversees internal and external corporate communications and entertainment program publicity.

    Debbie Presser is the current NYWICI Chief Partnerships Officer. Debbie is a seasoned broadcast sales executive with over 30 years of experience at top media organizations including Tribune, Fox, and Nexstar. Her career progression saw her serve as a Local Sales Manager at PIX11-NY and Fox 5 in NY, before being promoted to General Sales Manager at PIX11. She began her journey as a Sales Assistant and advanced to Account Executive, all of which prepared her for the Vice President of Sales position at Nexstar.

    Lori Greene is an accomplished educator, digital innovator, and content strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and individuals grow through learning, storytelling, and technology. Founder of LPG edu and former Global Education Manager at Netflix, she led and scaled educational programs across 20+ countries, developing immersive curricula and the award-winning Netflix Discovery Hub to elevate creative and production excellence worldwide. An adjunct faculty member at NYU and Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, Lori brings deep expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and workforce education—making her a powerful resource for professionals looking to sharpen their skills, adapt to change, and lead in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

    Emily Dindoffer is the Chief of Staff for Uber Advertising. In her role, she focuses on internal and executive communications, employee engagement, strategic planning, organizational design, and XFN alignment. Prior to Uber, she worked at Amazon Studios and Prime Video, the sales and marketing solutions organization at Gannett, and in the US Senate, Office of Mark R. Warner. She started her career as an AmeriCorps volunteer with a homelessness advocacy organization. To this day, she is passionate about preventing and ending homelessness.

    Megan Hess is the current NYWICI VP of academic engagement and the senior subscriptions editor at Bloomberg, where she is focused on both acquisition (growing the consumer subscriptions business) and retention (creative ways of engaging current subscribers). She has more than 15 years of experience in digital and content strategy, and recently spent five years living and working in Hong Kong. Though she’s back in NYC now, her love for dim sum is as strong as ever.

    Megan recently completed the yearlong Executive Program in News Innovation and Leadership at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Megan was an editor at Mashable and the Scholastic Corporation. Her passion project, the website No Joe Schmo, features individuals with off-the-beaten-path jobs.

    She is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she was a NYWICI scholarship recipient.

    Chelsea is a two-time NYWICI scholarship recipient. She is a Buffalo, NY native and a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
