NYWICI’s refreshed Mentorship Program creates ongoing, accessible opportunities for members to connect directly with NYWICI Board and Past President leadership through monthly “Office Hours.” These virtual or in-person sessions offer one-on-one or small-group conversations focused on career guidance, leadership development, industry trends, and real-time challenges. Designed to be flexible and inclusive, the program provides a safe, supportive space for meaningful dialogue—strengthening professional growth while deepening connections across the NYWICI community.

Meet Our Office Hours Mentors

Lori Greene is an accomplished educator, digital innovator, and content strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and individuals grow through learning, storytelling, and technology. Founder of LPG edu and former Global Education Manager at Netflix, she led and scaled educational programs across 20+ countries, developing immersive curricula and the award-winning Netflix Discovery Hub to elevate creative and production excellence worldwide. An adjunct faculty member at NYU and Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, Lori brings deep expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and workforce education—making her a powerful resource for professionals looking to sharpen their skills, adapt to change, and lead in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

Emily Dindoffer is the Chief of Staff for Uber Advertising. In her role, she focuses on internal and executive communications, employee engagement, strategic planning, organizational design, and XFN alignment. Prior to Uber, she worked at Amazon Studios and Prime Video, the sales and marketing solutions organization at Gannett, and in the US Senate, Office of Mark R. Warner. She started her career as an AmeriCorps volunteer with a homelessness advocacy organization. To this day, she is passionate about preventing and ending homelessness.
